Company's development

Interton was incorporated in March 2003. It started as a one-man business of Władysław Różański.

From July 1st 2006, it was transformed into a limited liability company as an in-kind contribution. Ever since, the company has been operating under the official name Interton Sp. z o.o. with PLN 615,000 initial capital. As of the end of 2007, the company’s capital increased to PLN 3,644 ,000.
